Postage & Packaging
Postage & packaging within the UK is FREE on all items purchased through Wedding Tiaras UK
Recorded delivery will be used for items that are purchased under £50.00, delivery will be expected to arrive within 2-3 days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery will be used for items that exceed £50.00, expected delivery will be the next working day.
For items that are not in stock please allow 14 days for delivery.
For our International customers please contact us prior to purchasing for shipping charges. All items will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure.
A signature will be required for all deliveries.
Delivery times are the responsability of Royal Mail and not Wedding Tiaras UK.
Any import taxes/charges incurred from your purchase are not the responsibility of Wedding Tiaras UK.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty upon receipt confirmation in writing within 48 hours of receiving your item will be required for the return. Please contact us via email info@weddingtiarasuk.co.uk including your receipt number and reason for the return. A full refund including postage or a replacement will be offered.
Please return the item in its original packaging.
The item must be returned to us within 7 days of the receipt of delivery.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase (excluding any special ordered items) please notify us via email info@weddingtiarasuk.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your item including your receipt number and reason for the return.
You may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price providing the item and its presentation packaging is unmarked and undamaged.
If the item is not returned within 7 days, the item(s) will be deemed as your property.
If the item(s) are received by Wedding Tiaras UK after 7 days they will be regarded as the customer's property and will be returned to the purchaser.
If there are any visable signs that the item has been worn, or used for hair trials a refund will NOT be given and the item will be returned to the purchaser.
Please ensure that any item over £50.00 is returned by Royal Mail Special delivery to ensure adequate insurance. The return postage charges will be the responsibity of the purchaser and will not be included in any refunds.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any special ordered items. This includes gold coloured tiaras.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund any purchases of jewellery sets (that are inclusive of earings) and headpieces that have a combe feature unless faulty.
It is recommended to use Royal Mail Special Delivery if you wish to return an item to ensure that the item is fully insured. Wedding Tiaras UK will not acccept liability for returned items that are lost in transit.
