How do I place an order and pay for an item?
You are able to place your order directly through our website and purchase using your credit/debit card through PayPal or use your own PayPal account.
Alternatively you can contact us on 0208 337 9950 to speak to us directly and pay by bank transferee or by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Top Hat & Veils and send too Unit 16, 193 Garth Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 4LZ.
Items will be dispatched once payments have cleared.
What are your delivery charges?
All postage & packaging is FREE for any item purchased with in the UK.
For our international customers please contact us prior to purchasing to enable us to give you accurate shipping charges.
What means of postage do you use?
For our UK customers we use Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders that are over £50.00 and Royal Mail Recorded delivery for orders under £50.00. All orders will require a signature upon arrival.
For our international customers all items will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure.
When will I receive my order?
Once payments have been received as clear funds, items that are in stock will be sent immediately. Special delivery items will arrive the next working day and for recorded items please allow 3 working days.
For items that are not in stock please allow 14 days for delivery.
Can I return an item an Item that is faulty or damaged?
All items are thoroughly checked prior to placing them in their presentation boxes. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty upon receipt please inform us in writing at info@weddingtiarasuk.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your goods and return the item within 7 days of receipt. A replacement or a full refund including return postage and packaging will be offered.
Can I return an item if I change my mind.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please inform us in writing including your receipt number and reason for the return at info@weddingtiarasuk.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
The item must then be received by us within 7 days of your receipt for a full refund (excluding any return postage charges) providing the item is received by us in its original packaging and the item is unmarked and undamaged.
Unfortunately to to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund any purchases of Jewellery sets that are inclusive of earrings and headpieces that have a comb attachment. |
